I am a born and raised Calgarian. I grew up here, went to school here, and built my career here. That is not a line I use for marketing. It means I understand this city at a level that takes years to develop. For the past several years I have focused almost entirely on inner-city Calgary. I know what buyers are actually looking for right now and what sellers are up against. Most of my business comes through referrals. I do not chase volume across every quadrant of the city. I do my best work in the neighbourhoods I know deeply, for clients who want an agent who will be straight with them.
